Bedfordshire Land Army Girl

Rhona was one of many courageous women of WW2. Like
many of her school friends she went willingly to work on the land.

She joined the Land Army on the 7th April 1942 and was demobbed on the 4th November 1946

at Woburn (Beds) were won by girls of the Women's Land Army - Ethel Eaton, Rhona Carter and Edith Catchlove (l-r)
